What is a
Healing Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls and gongs.
As you lie down in a comfortable position, the frequencies help slow down your brain waves, guiding you into a deep state of meditation and physical relaxation. It's a journey beyond the physical, where vibrations work at a cellular level to restore harmony.

Absolutely! No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary. You simply need to lie down and allow the sounds to wash over you.
Many students find regular weekly sessions most beneficial, while others attend monthly for a deep reset. Listen to your body and intuition.
We generally advise against sound baths for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with pacemakers, or those prone to sound-induced epilepsy. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns.
